SonicFusion Secures a Second Round of Seed Funding |
LAUREL, MD, November 1, 2004: SonicFusion announced it has completed a second round of funding which will enable it to complete the
development and roll out of its new graphical user interface, Scaleform GFC (GUI Foundation Class library), for the computer multimedia and game
industry. Expected to be commercially available within the next twelve to eighteen months, Scaleform GFC will represent an extremely flexible user
interface for multimedia and game developers with broad applicability across the major computer platforms and in console applications.
This round of funding will add more than $1 million to the investment already raised by SonicFusion in its efforts to meet the tools and
middleware needs of the gaming and computer development industry. With total funding exceeding $1.6 million, SonicFusion is "well on its
way to completing its initial development goal of producing a cross platform GUI for the PC and game markets" said Brendan Iribe,
President and CEO.
