with a common vision, founded Scaleform in 1998, and have collaborated to pioneer the research,
design and development of the Scaleform GFC, GFx, and VGx middleware solutions.

Brendan Iribe co-founded Scaleform and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer
since its inception in August 1998. Under his leadership, Scaleform successfully completed
its first two products, Scaleform GFx and Scaleform GFC, and established itself as one of the
leading tools and middleware providers of high-performance scalable user interface and vector graphics engines.
Prior to founding Scaleform, Brendan led the multimedia division of Quatrefoil to seven figure
growth, while managing, designing and implementing the interactive portions of exhibits for
clients such as The Tech Museum of Innovation, the National Science Center, and Paul Allen's
Experience Music Project (EMP). Brendan got his start in software development at the age of 15 when
he began working for pc game developer Alien Software, where he helped to produce the Neophyte series.

Michael Antonov - Founder, VP of Engineering and CTO |

Michael Antonov co-founded Scaleform and has been its lead software architect and Chief Technology
Officer since 1998. Michael is the primary architect of Scaleform GFC, Scaleform's graphical user interface
and vector graphics solutions. While creating the new framework, Michael collaborated with several
of the most distinguished software engineers in the industry, including the original creators of C++
and STL. With over twelve years of programming experience, Michael possesses the ability to design
and develop a wide range of complex software systems, including modern compilers, operating systems,
graphical user interfaces, vector graphics engines, and large-scale commercial software applications.

Chris Iribe joined Scaleform in 2005 and is responsible for Scaleform's financial affairs.
Prior to joining Scaleform, Chris was President and Chief Operating Officer for one of the
nations leading unregulated power producers. At US Generating and its successor companies,
most recently the National Energy and Gas Transmission Company, Chris helped grow the company
from 5 employees in early 1989 to one with over $5 billion in assets, operating income
exceeding $100 million annually, and over 2000 employees with operations in 15 States and Canada.
Prior to the formation of US Generating, Chris worked for over 15 years in the U. S. energy
industry principally at the Coastal Corporation and an as an economist for the several Federal agencies.

Gregory Kuhn - VP of Corporate Development |

Gregory Kuhn joined Scaleform in 2005 as Vice President of Corporate Development. He has twenty
years of leadership experience in the software industry in strategy, operations, program management,
sales, and customer service. He specializes in orchestrating complex, multi-company business
relationships to achieve mutual advantage.
Prior to Scaleform, Gregory served as an executive at Oracle Corporation for eleven years. As Vice President,
Southeast Consulting, he led a 250-person division to record growth and profitability including $60 million in delivered
revenue and $90 million in annual sales. Gregory also spent several years serving as an executive advisor to a wide range of
companies from start-ups to the global 1000. His industry expertise includes ERP and CRM software, interactive entertainment,
embedded systems, wireless communications and professional services.

Marc Bennett - Business Development and Marketing Advisor |

Marc Bennett joined Scaleform in 2005 as Business Development and Marketing Advisor where he advises all strategic
partnership, marketing and sales initiatives for the videogame, mobile content and embedded systems markets.
Marc is currently Senior Vice President of Business Development and Analysis in the business strategy and new media department at Discovery Communications.
Before joining Discovery, Marc was the President of North America for Codemasters, a UK-based publisher of interactive
entertainment software, where he oversaw all sales, marketing and business development activities for North America. Prior
to that, Marc was with Activision (NASDAQ: ATVI) where he served in a variety of business development and product development
positions, most recently as Senior Director of Corporate Development. In these roles, Marc was instrumental in driving Activision's
rapid growth, from $30m to $800m in revenue, by leading numerous corporate acquisitions, launching its European and Japanese studio
operations, and initiating its North American affiliate label business. Marc holds an MBA from Yale's School of Management.
